what we do
Commercial grounds maintenance services
Most clients choose an annual grounds maintenance contract that covers routine work, with improvement projects quoted separately as and when they are needed.
- Grass cutting and lawn care: mowing, edging, feeding, scarifying and aeration
- Shrub beds, hedges and trees: pruning, mulching, hedge cutting and tree safety work
- Weed control: targeted treatment of hard surfaces, car parks and planted areas by qualified operatives (see pesticide application)
- Seasonal planting: bedding, containers and entrance displays that make a good first impression
- Litter picking and leaf clearance: keeping entrances, paths and car parks clean and safe
- Winter gritting and snow clearance: keeping your site open and reducing slip risks
- Hard landscaping: paving, paths, kerbing, car park repairs, fencing and retaining walls (see hard landscaping)
- Soft landscaping: new planting schemes, turf, trees and wildflower areas (see soft landscaping)

Annual contracts with no surprises
We survey your site, agree a specification and visit schedule, and give you a fixed annual price broken down by task. You have a named contact and regular updates, and any extra work is always quoted and approved before we start. Read more about what to expect from a commercial landscaping contract.
Health, safety and compliance
Every site has a risk assessment and method statement, our operatives are trained and qualified for the machinery and treatments they use, and we follow your site rules and permits to work. Our CHAS, SSIP and Constructionline Gold accreditations make us easy to approve through your procurement process.
Commercial landscaping FAQs
How much does commercial grounds maintenance cost?
It depends on the size of the site, the specification and how often each task is needed. After a free site survey, we give you a fixed annual price so you can budget with confidence.
Can you take over from our current contractor?
Yes. We can take over mid-season, survey the site’s condition and put a plan in place to bring standards up quickly.
Do you cover multiple sites?
Yes. We maintain portfolios across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent and Cheshire under a single contract, with consistent standards and reporting.
